hi everyone,

well, i am starting new AGAIN. See I had surgery and the doctors told me to load up on protein, as I would heal faster...well by doing that, I swayed alittle and now need to lose about 20lbs.

So this is my plan-but please share yours eating/meal schedule so maybe i can learn a little and have variety.

Breakfast Either smoothies -almond milk/ hemp powderor hemp bagel with fruit
snack : ???
lunch: green salad-no nuts
snack: celery/cucumber/carrot sticks or smoothie
din: green salad - no nuts

So, the hemp is filling, so are there any guidelines to how many calories, carbs, fats, sat fat to be injested. I am trying to plan out a schedule for a week to see how it goes. Any suggestions?

I ususally start the day with a green juice. I like green smoothies or fruit for breakfast. For lunch I'll have a blended raw soup or spinach/ avocado dip with flax crackers. If I have salad I like to have a raw dressing, avocado, or walnut taco "meat" on it. For snacks I like fresh fruit, or shakes and ice cream with a frozen banana base. I do like the raw gourmet recipes for dinner if I am really hungry. So worth purchasing Alissa's book for these. I could not stay raw without them.

If you eat all raw foods you will loose weight in a time frame that is best for you. You do not need to worry about the amount of fat, carbs, or calories you will be injesting. The carbs will not be from a processed source.

Just eat what you want that is raw. This is what Alissa teaches, and it really works. There's no need to count anything on this diet (fat, carbs etc.)
