So I have been doing pretty terrible lately :(
even slipping up with my vegan lifestyle and that really brings me down
so starting today I'm doing a 3 day green smoothie feast
hoping it gets me back on track and ready for the upcoming 30 day challenge anyone else find after they've been slipping up doing a juice feast of some sort help them out? also how would I break it?

I can't seem to find the post, but last thursday I think someone else started a green smoothie feast, and I joined in today, because I was out of town for the weekend and that seemed too hard. I love green smoothies and I think they really help with my cravings for cooked food and to get back on track when things go wrong. As far as breaking a green smoothie feast of 3 days I don't think you need to do anything special, you're still eating "real" food, digesting, etc... It's a feast not a fast =) I try to keep it simple in general, I don't make a lot of crazy recipes, so maybe that makes it easy for me to go back and forth between green smoothies only and eating what is normal for me.
