Tonight I created a raw parfait and posted a pic to my blog.
It's simply:
Raw Pineapple Cream
Raw Carob Brownies
Strawberries Yummy! :D

Anyone else have any parfait ideas to share?

No ideas 'cause I rarely eat sweet stuff, but that sho' does look good!

pineapple cream... "mmmm"

I have one on my blog made with strawberries and sweet vanilla cream. :)

I've seen the recipe in Alissa's book for pineapple cream but what about the brownie recipe....it looks delicious!

Wow, that looks decadantly wonderful. Not one to make a lot of fancy desserts anymore, this may be one to do for the next special occasion. Thank you for sharing.

The Brownie Recipe is one I got from this site a couple years ago:
medjool dates
walnuts
raw carob (or chocolate)

Pretty much equal parts depending on how much of them you want to make. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor and pour the mixture into a square pan. Press firmly and put it in the fridge. After a little while it will set up like a cooked brownie and you can slice it into squares and everything.

They are really great all on their own and very portable for a treat out and about. :)
