You can buy seeds and a sprouting kit in any whole food shop or online. I got a starter kit from ukjuicers.com
Alfalfa seeds are a very good place to start and are very easy to sprout. You will find the seeds in the shop.

I did not answer your question properly ( I am distracted).
You can sprout any non dead items that you have in your house. That includes chick peas and lintels etc (not kidney beans as they will poison you).
One thing that I like to sprout is quinoa and you can either add them to smoothies or make a breakfast cereal from them.

It is much cheaper to Sprout your own Sprouts. It is also cheaper to buy seeds in bulk. Alfafa seeds are a nice one to try. Use a small amount at first. Soak them over night, pour the water off. Then mist or rinse them in a Jar, colendar several times a day. Just experiment and you will learn MUCH.......

Planet Organic. I think Renee now has several (5) branches around London. The first being in Bayswater on Westbourne Grove. I love this shop and not just because I used to work there many years ago when they just opened. It's not a "big Chain" store like "Whole Paycheck"; Oops sorry that's "Whole Foods" :p

There is another shop I love in Berkhampstead but I cannot remember the name, I will look it up and get back to you.
Saying all that it's super easy to sprout your own from seed or bean!
If you put your location on your profile it will show up fto all in the top right hand space of posts. That way people in your area can point you to more local resorces!
Cheers,
EPPP
