Monday I'll be breaking my 7 day juice fast. Can I get some input on what everyone eats after a juice fast? When I did the MC, I always did the Orange juice all day and a hot soup that night. Should I just start out with some fruit during the day and a soup at night? Is it okay to have salad with olive oil because I've been craving greens crazy, and I would looove to have my wilted kale salad! :)

Taking a couple of days to break your fast is all you really need unless your body asks for more. The first day add in a small amount of fresh fruit which is easily digested... like soaked prunes or soaked dates, perhaps some fresh blueberries, and continue to juice all day long. For dinner do the same or similar. So two light meals.
The next day have fruit for breakfast and lunch or perhaps a green smoothie and then a small salad or raw soup for dinner... as long as you continuing on raw foods... just keep adding day by day. Leave dehydrated foods and nuts for later in the week though.
Above all, follow your body. It'll let you know what it wants. ;)
