I had to go yesterday for a blood reading for my blood thinner due it being toooooo thin last week...I was at 3.5 and now they told me it isnt as thin as it was but still is thin so to decrease my meds to 3.0 aqnd go back again Friday of next week....woohoo I just want off of this med so bad :)
This way of life is helping it...didnt have as much greens, raw vinegar and olive oil last week so I need to increase it ....I eat alot of salads with all thta included so maybe that has helped so I need to stay doing that....down 35.2 pounds and am at gym walking almost one hour a day on treadmill along with weights..I am determined and trying to stay focused...couldn't being doing this without all of you :)
