What kind of oil can i use?

Did you people use oil? like oliveoil or other tipes of oils?

I use any oil that is cold pressed and unrefined, and nothing is added. It says it on the bottle. I have found some sesame, sunflower, olive oil, grapeseed oil... and I think something else I'm forgetting!

Eva, Cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil may be the other one you were thinking. I use primarily this and olive oil. Oil pulling I use sunflower oil or coconut oil.

i just noticed my EVOO comes in a glass bottle. i'm going to keep it now. i feel so bad for throwing out the other glass bottle. :o trying to use less plastic now. :)

where ca i buy virgin coconut oli? in a metal/aluminium bottle? you know,cocomilk?

hi. i can only get my EVOO in glass bottles. the EVCO come in plastic bottles from Puritan Pride.
