I've only ever made nutt butter to be used immediately, but now that we have a dehydrator, and we're making all these yummy breads and crackers, I want to have some on hand for spreading. Sooo, do they need to be stored in the fridge, or can I keep them in my pantry? I'm thinking fridge, but I hate cold hard nut butter, so I guess I'm *hoping* pantry is fine :p
thanks!!

I keep mine in the fridge for longer 'shelf life' so to speak. Also store most of my seed/nuts in there, too for the same reason.
Depends how quickly you use it as to the best storage method.

Raw butters need refrigeration. You can leave it out prior to use to warm it up.
