Banana crust mango pie

I had some leftover macadamia-apple cream so I made a pie! The macadamia apple cream was just 1 cup macs, one macintosh apple, dash of salt & sweetener with enough water to blend.

For the pie:
Sliced bananas layered on the bottom - smash them down a bit so they stay put!
pureed mango poured over bananas
About 1/3-1/2 c. macadamia apple cream: Drop by the spoonful then gently spread over the top

I love how you can take what you have and just whip up a wonderful and delicious dish. Raw is really great that way.
