Soup ideas ?

I have some barley that I would like to use in a soup recipe, does anyone have any good ones ? Thank you !

First of all, it needs to be barley with the hull still on it so that it can sprout. Once you've sprouted it, you can just toss it into any old soup recipe for a nice chewy texture.
