I crashed and burned. All raw, but I ate about 10 ravilois, 2 tacos, 4 nutballs, and a handful of cashews. I let my nerves get the best of me, again, with this whole "ds-can't-walk-no-medical-explanation-thing". I bet I will weigh 130 tomorrow. I am really disappointed in myself. :(:(:(

Next time, take digestive enzymes and it will help you feel better as well as digest better. They're good to have on hand for overeating or eating heavy meals. Always good to have backup plans. Also you can plan a lighter raw day for tomorrow. Don't worry about having one bad day-it was still raw!
Awwww, I'm sending a hug your way! I don't understand exactly, but I've been going through some stuff too. I thought I had it all "together"... and ya know? It happens to the best of us. You're still doing a rawkin' job of taking care of yourself and your kids.
"Up to" 130?! You're the last person (if ANYone) to be beating yourself up or even down. You are at 130!!! You've already reached for the moon and grabbed it, girl!!! You have shown in your actions how much you value your health, and you will -- as everyone else says -- get through this.

My best raw tool for overcoming this type of thing (trust me we've all been there;)) is to eat lots of pineapple. Not only will this make you digest quicker with all it's natural enzymes, but it is also a natural diuretic. You will get rid of all the extra bloat that much quicker. Good luck!
