CRUST
In Vitamix or food processor:
1 cup nut mixture(cashews, almonds, walnuts)
1/2 tsp clove
1 tsp cinnamon
1 TBS agave
1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
Process and press into pie plate.
CHAI MIXTURE:
In about 4 ozs warm water, add 1 tsp black indian tea and masala tea spice(from Indian Market)
Let sit for 10-15 minutes then strain tea out.
FILLING
In Vitamix or blender add :
Meat from 3 coconuts
2-3 bananas
agave to taste(about 2 TBS)
Slowly add in Chai Mixture to the above filling while blending. Blend until nice creamy consistency- You may not need to add all 4 ozs.
Pour creamy chai filling into pie plate. sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg on top. Chill for at least two hours.
