the preschool teacher asked for the recipe so she can make it with all the children! Can you believe it? And by sheer fate, one day I was bringing Addie in and there was a mom dropping her 2 boys off. One of her boys is ASD. So we got to talking outside and she was AMAZED by the gf/cf diet. She's been calling me a few times a week, to ask about what to feed her son. He's been gf/cf for less than a week, and he's communicating and responding more than he ever has. Hopefully we will be going shopping together in the near future. Addie's excited to have a friend to eat with and she loves her new raccoon lunch box. I've kept Addie from my mom's house, and other influences, and she's been 100% for about 2 weeks and last night she was in SUCH a great mood. I asked her why was she so happy and she said "Because I only eat raw!" and then she did a little jig. LOL!

Wow, that is super cool!!!

Sheesh, looking at your pics and thinking of your kids' transformations... I bet you could inspire (ARE inspiring) people to make changes or at least ask questions of you or themselves...

How cool is that that your life has so much meaning?! :)

You know what? I make raw snacks every Friday at my daughter's preschool and now I'm excited to make these for this week :) Thanks for the idea.

That's great news! Way to go Addie! Also, it's great that the boy's mother has someone like you to talk to for advice on this. :)
