So, I was wondering, if there are any people here familiar with the NYC/Brooklyn/Queens area, and knew of any good raw/Asian/health food markets where I could find some substitutes and/or materials to use? I know eating raw isn't just all about fruits and veggies. I'm pretty much a complete noob to this and haven't had much time to pick up a book yet so any pointers would be very greatly appreciated!
