the best way to see my before and after is to see valya boutenko's documentary "reversing the irreversible" i'm the first interview in the "weight loss" portion of the film. don't worry, there's nothing wrong with my eyes, the lighting made me look as though they were popping out of their sockets!!! sexy, eh?

Thanks rawhippie for the heads up on this one...I hadn't heard about it before.....just purchased it and looking forward to the inspiration. Maybe you could tell us a little bit about the changes you'd had, healing etc...since not all can buy the DVD...I'd like to know.
