Chef: Misslinda :p
Ingredients:
1/2 head green cabbage of a small to medium size head--chopped
3 cups of spinach
1 small bunch of cilantro
3/4 can of raw regular cocnut milk
Sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Optional seasonings: Celery seed, cumin and dill
Appliance: Food Processor
-------------------------------------------------------
In a food processor put chopped cabbage and spinach and process until chutney texture. Then slowly add in cocnut milk as it is processing. Amount of milk is personal preference---I like my soup more on the chutney texture side so I used about 3/4 of a cup. The more the creamier. Lastly, sprinkle in sea salt at desired flavor and strength.
Optional seasonings give this soup a real Summer's night feel. Celery seed with cumin is highly desireable with dill as garnish!
Serve in a nice opaque or light colored bowl to admire the beauty of the soups natural.
HA! Enjoy. :) :p
