so i just had a Sedona Superfoods chocolate cup and it was great (well the part I did eat. My 21 month old literally ate most of it and wouldn't give me much!). so does anyone know how to make something similar. it kind of looked like a Reeses peanut butter cup and it was well, super yummy!

Here's one, but I haven't tried it.
Chunky Fudgy Almond Butter Cups
1 tbs Coconut oil
1 tbs Cacao powder
2 tbs Almond butter
Few Cashews
1 tbs Raisins
1 tbs Flaxseed (thickener)
Agave
Stir in bowl, pour into cup & freeze 5-10 mins

Yum. I don't have almond butter, but I think I'll throw together some cacao, coconut oil, agave syrup, cashews and raisins and have it for dinner.:D

I went to a candy/cake supply store and bought some little sheets that have 12 peanut butter type molds on them. Then I make a mix of melted coconut oil or cacao butter, add a sweetener like agave or honey ( do that before you add the choc powder), then vanilla, then cacoa powder until thickened a bit but not thick. I pour a bit of the warm choc in each mold, top with a bit of almond butter, then more choc on top.chill, pop out, and YUM:D

debilana, I'm keeping that one for the holidays. :) I can use my mini muffin tins with mini paper cupcake liners.
