I tried this recipe......

Use peeler to slice thin "noodles" from a Sweet Potato.
Soak noodles in lemon/water for 8hrs.
Blend Mango, Butternut Squash, and cinnamon/cumin/ginger for sauce.
This recipe was not good! So I tried to bake the Sweet Potato "noodles" for the guys (not me) and burt them so now I'm left with a half blender full of Mango/Butternut Squash "sauce".

Any suggestions??

what about adding some garlic and a touch of sea salt and using it as an Indian inspired sauce for vegies?

Add it to a Smoothie. When I make a FLOP...I just eat it like Medicine, NASTY Medicine. You can always feed it to your outside plants.

add some spices and try making crackers if you have a dehydrator? if u make crackers and they still dont taste good, feed em to the dog? if the dog wont eat em then feed em to the compost ;)

This morning I got up and decided since it already has this pumpkin seasonal flavor why not just strain it and make a sort of Veg Nog. I guess because it wasn't in an air-tight container it picked up some onion and garlic flavors from the fridge....yuk! Hopefully the plants are enjoying it!

Thanks for all the tips though!!
