If they smell OK, then I'd still use them.

I'd use them after rinsing very well as long as there is no slime on the surface or general funky looking stuff.

Because they were in the fridg, I would smell and check for anything slimy and if all looks ok, I would taste one and if it tastes ok, I would still use them.
