Maybe not quickly....but stop eating sugar, trans fats, refined carbs, and caffeine and you should see them disappear over time.

i gave up coffee a week ago...it has been so hard, I'm pretty sure i think about more than 3 times a day (eek).. I'm pretty much 90% raw for the last week only thing is I eat the occasional sandwich (spelt bread)...i am off to the store today to buy a coffee grinder so I can attempt these raw breads :)
Hopefully within time I won't have to worry about these things anymore

Oh, coffee? Poor thing. I totally understand. I gave the stuff up a while back and then started up again when I fell off the raw wagon. I don't know whether it was the caffeine or the garbage food - probably both - but it was total agony. I've been slowly getting back into raw (green smoothies every day - but just can't seem to stop there; keep snagging cooked food now and again) but I am having trouble with the coffee...the headaches are killer!
Anyway, for cramps, I take Chaste Tree Berry capsules AKA Vitex. It's not an instant fix; you have to start taking one daily and by the time your next period rolls around, you should feel the difference. I get them from my holistic doctor, but they're not difficult to find.
I wish you the best!
