A tasty way to consume green powders instead of a smoothie:
1 Tbs Green Powder
2 cups Water
1 cup Spinach
1-2 Avocados
2-4 Large Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
1-2 Garlic cloves
1/2-1 Lime, juice
2-6 Sundried tomatoes
Salt or other spices
Blend.
