I want to make this for dinner but it says to put it in a lasagna pan and put in the dehydrator. Well that is a problem! I have a nesco dehydrator and it is round! Any suggestions on how I could still make this recipe?
Maybe you could use single serving dishes instead of a big dish. Then it will be ready for serving right out of the dehydrator. How much space do you have in the round ones???? Maybe mini loaf dishes would work if you slice your eggplant lenghtwise. If all else fails, just spread it on parchment paper. Good luck!!

Well it is round and the hole is in the middle which makes it difficult to put any kind of a tray in it. Maybe I will just lay it on the parchment paper and try
that. The recipe sounded good and I didn't want my lack of a good dehydrator to hold me back!

you could try putting the oven on warm and leaving the door open.
I got this pyrex thermometer that you can put in things to make sure the temp doesn't go over what ever you set it for. It will beep if it gets to that temp. It was only 16 bucks on ebay.
