These are some 'before' pictures. I am going to post up new pictures of myself once every couple months or something to keep track of my transformation. I keep noticing how, in my pictures, my smile looks fake. I think this will change with time and lots of raw food goodness.

Wow! Two days raw and I can already see the difference...

Notice how much better my skin looks (can't see the pores/blackheads/minor pimples anymore)

Also, my smile is back. I can't remember the last time I smiled...

Wow, my brother's even starting to notice I look/act different. He drinks greens with me now, daily, but I haven't been able to get him to give up the junk food. I'm gonna go grab a seaweed salad, and chill for a bit. Adios! Post up more pics in a few days...I think I'm gonna grow my hair out long, now that I'm almost fully raw.

I know! It's so excellent! I'm happy to be on this diet and be a part of this movement. I feel better and better every day. I just have to keep reminding myself to keep plugging...especially when I crave the sugars or the coffee. I'm cutting back, but I haven't entirely cut out everything yet. But I'm going to. :) Next day or two...
