I've been doing a lot of research on the great health benefits you can get from these. I thought I had saw someone post that you can buy them at whole foods, but I don't remember seeing them there last time I looked. (Maybe I was looking in the wrong place.)
Just wanted to get everybody's opinions on them. The taste, texture, what they taste good with, and the best place to buy them?
Thanks!

I have tried them before and have to say I did not like them, but that might have to do with my preparation. The consitency is crunchy and the taste almost nutral. I had some serious stomach cramps after I ate them- but again that was more than 2 years ago and I might change my mind if I try them again;)
At whole foods they are normally in the cooling section where there is miso and the salted sea weed salad. If you live in southern california, mothers market sells them as well and they are normally cheaper than whole foods on them

I like kelp noodles! They are a little strange the first time because we think of noodles as being soft, and kelp noodles have a crunch to them. But once you get over that, they are actually quite good. In addition to just having them with a sauce, I also like to put them in nori rolls.

They are great in a recipe called cashew chow mein and I found the recipe here awhile back. It's made with almond butter.

I had them once when I roommate brought some home. I wish I could find them. I haven't seen them at my WF. I really liked them.
