I've been taking algae-based supplements (capsules) 3 times per week.
What am I eating in which I get DHA? Flaxseeds? Hemp seeds?
I know sea veggies do, but aside from sprinkling sea flakes on my salads, I really don't find them palatable. But I'd like to eat it rather than taking pills.

Well we transform the omega 3 from ex. flax seed oil to DHA. But if we have a week body, been sick or ..... and children under the age of 3 I belive it was (cant remember), canot transform the omegas in plants to the DHA. That is why the mainstream advise everyone to use fishoils as they are allready transformed and easy to absorb.
A healthy person will do fine with just somthing like flax and hemp (reserch show so far), but small children or sick or in the healing adults should use DHA. Udos have a DHA oil or you can get suppliments made from algae witch is vegan.

It is recommended by Dr. Klaper

see #3

Dr. Klaper has also a dvd called a diet for a new America. Very good.

Rich source of omega 3 is chia seed and hemp seed.

I found another study, but sadly i can't find it but it says that this isn't true that fish omega 3 is better. Actually, the chia seeds has been rated very high and hemp seed. They are brain food and they help in so many areas.

Best wishes
