Gabriel Cousens books and Ani Phyos are my favorites. I have quiet a few books by now but most of them was not my taste. Either they have stuff in that im allergic too, or dont like or funny superfoods that im not into.
But Cousens book have great recipies, a lot of them, and most of them easy to change to your liking. I just got Ani Phys book and it is fantastic. The recipies are great plus all the extra info on green living. A great book :-)
I have to say that our own frugial raws book Is really good too. Lot of really interesting and different recipies (looooove the pictures ;-). I just got the book yeaterday so I havent tried any of them yet, but I sure am going to :))

Raw Food Real World -- but with the caveat that I often have to replace ingredients to make the recipes really raw. Like maple syrup, Nama Shoyu, etc. They do have some really lovely recipes though. My faves in there are the lasagna and the bunny love milkshake. :)

The other two books I use recipes from the most, besides the best ever, Alissa's, is "Raw Food Real World" and "Raw Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 people". Many of my raw food staples come from the second book, along with Alissa's. I have about 15 raw food books, so that says a lot about my fave 3.

Alissa's and Ani's are the two I use the most.

I LOVE them.

Raw Food Made Easy and Rawvolutuin (but I cut waaay down on so much lemon, garlic, etc. He overpowers some of the dishes with flavorings). He uses a great idea for his spirized zucchini for pasta- has you have it sit on the counter for hours so it dries a little first.
