Okay, I've been doing this raw thing for a little over two weeks. I don't feel like I've been a very healthy raw foodist, despite being 100%. So here's my question: Name the three HEALTHIEST things I can incorporate into my diet. And then, if you feel like rounding it off to five, that would be super.
Thanks!

It is said that what you leave out is far more important than what you leave in.
Having said that I would say
Greens (especially sprouts, juices and blended)
Essential Fatty Acids.
Berries and all red and orange colored fruits. Eat the rainbow.

If you're eating raw, especially in your first two weeks, you are eating very healthy!! Congratulations on taking care of yourself. No worries!

* 1 1/2 years later I'm still learning and my raw diet has changed numerous times which is why I hestitate to recommend the top 3. In my opinion, there is no such thing. I would be doing you a disservice because your body has all of your answers. Eat what feels right to you and you will eventually reach a place of having complete certainty regarding what feels great for your body, soul and mind in terms of food and anything else you're in the midst of learning about. :)
