Fabulous Tabouli

I just finished making Matthew Kenney's Tabouli from Everyday Raw for dinner & it is wonderful. I love it so much, I can't stop eating it! YUM!!! I can't wait to try his corn chips.

I haven't tried this recipe but I love Rawvolutions recipe with hemp seeds. It is one of my main staples!

I haven't made the tabouli but I have made the corn chips and they are GREAT!!! I had to turn around and make another batch because even those who aren't raw at my house liked them and were eating them. We've made fresh salsa and another time guac to go on them....delicious. I've also liked the chips to just through in my bag and some fruit for when I'm going out for the day or driving for quite awhile.
