Are there any 'superfoods' you have found to be good.. that you really think benefit you on your raw diet.?

i found a thread elsewhere which mentioned that some can be found at a website called simplexity plus.

i have never used their products.. but according to a kind poster who gave the information, this company has a good probiotic.

i just found an article in my inbox by 'the health ranger' ( do not remember his real name.. he posts health info on the web) which lists four super foods which he says are really good.
they are:
alfalfa,
spirulina
chlorella
bee pollen.

any others which you people recommend or would not do without.?
thanks
alice

There is a product called VitaMineral Green that has all of those things in it except bee pollen. I have it and have been having it in the morning instead of green smoothies (my blender's broken!). It feels to me about as good as I feel after a green smoothie. I think that's a good sign!

There's something else I've heard rave reviews for called E3Live. I haven't tried it, but I believe it is also a mix of those things and some algae? I'm not sure on that one, though.

Thanks, Eva..

i think the E3 live may be absolutely the BEST.. i have heard wonderful things about it..

i think it may be the most readily digestable.

the only problem is that it is really pretty expensive.

Thanks for the information on the supergreen.

i may try it.

i use alfalfa and bee pollen daily..
would like to use cracked wall chlorella also..
trying to get around to that one.

would do E3 Live..
but....

phew.
thanks again for all your GREAT AND HELPFUL TIPS AND RESOURCES, EVA !
ps i tried to go to your blog : readysethealthy but could not get it when i tried your link.

I mix between 1 tsp-1 T. bee pollen in my green smoothies and almond/cacoe smoothies too.
