Anyone have this? A raw friend told me about a recipe she saw somewhere and I'd LOVE to try it!!

it's in Carol Alt's book, The Raw 50, but it is a Chef Dan recipe. not sure where else to find it...

It's probably raw alright if its in Carol Alt's Book, raw Shrimp that is. She just eat raw food be it meat,fish, frog, whatever. So NO she is NOT Vegan.

I know she's not vegan...but it's possible that the recipe IS. Just asking...and if anyone wants to post the recipe, I'd be grateful :) But only if it's vegan.

I was on Sunny Raw Kitchen's Blog and she did a review of this recipe and she said the recipe was Chef Dan's in Carol Alt's book.

Yes, the recipe is Chef Dan's and he is raw vegan. He sales his recipes from his website for a buck or two each. He also shares a new recipe monthly in his newsletter. His website is www.rawchefdan.com.
