Who here take selenium?

I've heard that it's good for control of cancer and helps the eysight among other things.
I just purchased my 1st bottle today, what has it done for you?

Somewhere I read that a couple of raw Brazil nuts a day will take care of selenium needs. I do that. I don't have cancer:)

I do Brazil nuts. They're loaded with Selenium, because they're grown in the selenium rich soil of Brazil.
If all our soil were well-mineralized, all of our foods would be rich in selenium (and other minerals) and there would be no cancer.
