I remember a long time ago getting some pumpkin seeds from a HFS that were spiced with various flavors.
I bought some plain raw pumpkin seed this weekend and while they are OK plain, I was thinking of trying to spice them up.
Has anyone done this? Like how did you get the spices to stick to the seeds?

You could probably grind some sunflower seeds, then add whatever spices and water and make a "paste" and then whatever nuts and/or pumpkin seeds, mix into this paste and dehydrate...

That's what I do to nuts or seeds. Coat them in olive oil & add spices.

You can coat them with or without oil. If you soak the seeds first, which you should do, the spices will stick. Adding some ground flax to the mix will help the spices stick nicely.
