So Ive been incorporating a lot more raw foods into my diet but I don't feel like its enough... I want to be very high raw like 90%-100% but I'm finding it soo hard to give up my smoking, diet soda ,and daily soy lattes. My bf made a deal with me that if I give up smoking he will be vegetarian which I jumped for that. What are some tips or advice for giving up all this. I want soo badly to feel pure and good about my choices.
And is it too late to do the October challenge.... I think that would give me motivation as well.
Thank you soo much all of you have been such a help to me
Much love

As far as smoking, this has multifaceted addictive behaviors involved, including a nicotine addiction and a social addiction to smoking.
There are stop smoking herbal remedies that you can take to kick the nicotine out of your system, including nice smelling capsules you sniff when you feel the need to smoke. I haven't been able to locate the one I bought for a former boyfriend, but can attest that it did work, and he quit.
You are trying to do many things at once, and it may be too overwhelming for you. Pick at least one to work on and then increase as you feel ready.

Congratulate yourself for every positive change and every beneficial choice that you make. Focus on the good things and more will ensue. The old, bad habits will simply wither away while the constantly reinforced good habits will grow strong.
