My breasts grew twice. First when I was about 25. No pain or anything. Just went to bed one night and woke up to a full cup size larger. Luckily I had some bra extenders that I'd bought somewhere because I had to go to work that day. Although I could get my bra on, it didn't fit right and I felt uncomfortable all day until I could go buy bigger bras.
Next time I was pregnant. There was pain then. I kept thinking my period was going to start. It was that time. I'd never had any breast pain before, but I know other women do. I thought I was finally getting it. Oddly that time my waist had expanded as well and I couldn't figure it out because I'd been dieting and exercising like mad. Might you be pregnant?

That was my first thought. Could you maybe be pregnant?

could be pregnant-or I have heard that some women lose weight, BUT get curvier and more feminine looking.

I've stayed the same weight since going raw, but I went from a B cup to a D cup in a matter of 3 weeks after going raw.
I attributed it to puberty? but it could be from going raw.

This is not something we talk about at my house, so I am surprised I am responding to this message. ;) I have grown since going to the gym and doing chest presses. I like my petite stature and don't want to grow on raw.

I'm short and with a tummy it's not a great look.
If i could get my tummy down it would be great.
I've been eating avocadoes:)
If anyone can help me get rid of my tummy i won't complain about my bigger boobs:D

I eat tons of avocados. My breast size is going down, thank goddess! I used to be a 40D and now fit into a "barely there" bra. What a blessing! No more stupid bras that pinch and cut into the flesh and hurt you when the underwire comes poking out. I'm a bra-burning baby boomer, so I'm thrilled!
The only "normal" thing I know that increases breast size spontaneously is pregnancy.

I had the smallest boobs until I was in my 20's. Not sure where they came from! Then I thought I was a 36C for years. I got re-measured recently, and even after losing 40 pounds I was surprised to learn that I was a 36D! Not complaining, but I thought the girl who measured me was mistaken. No wonder my bras were SO uncomfortable before.
Btw.. I get bras without underwires from VS. Underwires are medieval torture devices!!

Me too! When I got measured and found out I was a D cup, not a B cup, I was so shocked I asked to be measured again. It is such a relief to be wearing bras that are actually the correct size. It helps not only your breasts to feel good, but it helps your back to feel good, too. And once your back feels not achy and your posture improves, then your abdominal muscles get stronger.
I've never worn underwire bras. They're horrible. Also, it is difficult to travel using airplanes when wearing an underwire bra!! My poor mother was so embarassed when she had to explain that her bra was setting the metal detecor off  .
OK, now I think this is getting off topic.
I do eat a lot more avocados on raw than not on raw, and avocados support women's health. Could that be the trick?

Foods Recommended for PMS relief (they probably help other aspects of women's health, too):
Calcium:
Abdominal cramping and muscular contractions which can occur as PMS can be relieved by eating high calcium foods such as Broccoli, Black Beans, Navy Beans, whole grain cereals, soybeans, spinach, bok choy, kale, corn, fish, tofu, almonds, oysters, milk, yogurt and cheese.
Magnesium:
Mood swings and food cravings are also known to be alleviated by magnesium which facilitates the absorption of calcium. Green vegetables such as spinach are good sources of magnesium as are legumes (beans and peas), nuts and seeds, and whole unrefined grains. Try eating spinach, avocados, barley, oysters, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, brazil nuts, buckwheat and almonds.
Vitamin B6:
Is often taken as a supplement to reduce depression, relieve cravings, fatigue, mood swings, fluid retention and bloating during periods. Foods rich in vitamin B6, include fish, tuna, chicken, turkey, pork, brown rice, barley, soy foods, broccoli, sweet potatoes, bananas, avocados, mangoes, cantaloupe, sunflower seeds, and spinach.
Zinc.
Low zinc levels in women prone to PMS suggest that a diet rich in this important mineral may prevent PMS symptoms. Leading food source of zinc include barley, wheat, crab, oysters, beef, lamb, chicken and turkey.

Most women don't measure themselves correctly. I used to be one of them. You have to measure across the nipple and around the back. And then there are two other measurements I can't remember. See? Told you, lol. I have to have someone else do it. I also thought I was one size for years and wow it makes quite a difference when you're wearing the right size. I wish I didn't have to wear a bra for support, but I do.
In case your measurements are the same and your boobs still look bigger: the other reason your boobs may appear bigger is if your pecs (pectoral & shoulder muscles) are getting stronger. Probably from eating raw too. :) Strong pecs sometimes cause boobs to appear to be sitting higher on the chest, which makes them look bigger.
I have noticed that my own shape is much more defined now and toned which kind of makes them look bigger, but I'm still the same size. My hips, waist and abs strunk which also probably makes them look bigger. I've always been busty and at certain times in my life this was difficult to manage attention wise, but I really appreciate my curves now. :D

My breasts expand when I'm on my period or pregnant. The latter happened once (possibly two or three times, but I never got tested) and my period basically causes two weeks of tender-breasted, abdominal-pain wracking agony.
It's something I'm healing with RAW.
And as to the breast-size... well.... I LOVE my little boobies and I am absolutely DEPRESSED when they grow!!!
They were 34A for the longest time, then when I put on twenty pounds two years ago, they of course ballooned out to 36C (on my small frame, it's ballooning)... now, I'm 5'5" (I grew an inch in height on raw, go figure...) and nearly 130 lbs (I gained weight over vacation from not eating high raw :( ) and they are probably 36B at least.
Because I do NOT wear bras (my back can't handle the pressure of bra-straps), I rely on tank-tops and often throw caution to the wind and traipse out into the wilds of College-Land with my headlights blaring....
;)
My boobs are usually the first things to grow when I gain a few lbs, and the first things to disappear again when I shed the weight!
:D
So, here's toasting to a return of my beloved 34A's as soon as possible!!!
I LOVE RAW!!!
:D

I'm right there with you. Well I'm too tall to ever get down to 34, but I'm probably now a 36A in my Barely There Bra, just to keep what's left from hanging to the waist. I love my slimming body, almost flat chest and all.
