Where does everyone get their buckwheat groats, mung beans etc?

I found this site for Barry farm! that have some stuff for cheap. Has anyone heard of em?

Another question to add to my above post, how do you go about telling whether or not a product like ... raw cereals (ex: goraw grawnola, kaia foods) is raw, and dehydrated at low temps.

What factors determine whether or not the company is reputable? I know that it is a lot about trust, but are their certain things that you look for? I try not to be a stickler, it is what it is. Im just curious!

I've ordered from Barry Farm before and sunorganics.com and have been happy with both. Barry Farm allows paypal payments, which is nice.
