Nut Butter Making Party

We're having another nut butter party and I need ideas...what's super great as a butter?
I'm thinking pistachios would be a lot of fun. Any other ideas other than typical almond, cashew, etc? Thanks!!

Speaking of which, does sunflower butter taste good plain? The kinds that are not raw sold in stores have tons of sugar in them. Hmm, well, I don't want that, but should I add agave or is it good as is? Of course...I'll find out later. But I'm curious now.

I'd make it, taste it and then jazz it up accordingly. Agave/cinnamon???

I get mine from Trader Joe's. But i suppose you could find them online if you want to be sure they are really raw
