Can't say I have. So do let us know how they go because Spinach has a High Water content.

Nope, I haven't. I actually haven't because spinach is not as dense as kale. I think by the time they were crispy, there'd be hardly nothing left to them.
Kale's my choice of chips.
Don't know if anyone has done collards. Now that's a possibility...

Someone posted a spinach chips recipe on Gone Raw, or posted a note that they'd used spinach instead of kale in a chips recipe, I'm sure of it.
Or maybe I saw that here.
I'm not sure, but I know I've seen that, and that the person said that you had to be very careful with them as they were very thin and delicate.
I will try to find it...

Thanks! I did do a search here and at Gone Raw and I couldn't find anything. I prob. missed it.

I tried spinach once and also swiss chard. They were both to fragile and just fell apart when I tried to pick them up. The chard was better but I'm sticking with kale. Am loving the tahini dressing on it before dehydrating. Makes me eat even more.

what if you mixed the spinach with zuccini and dressing and blended it all together and made crackers...or spinach/tomato/flax or something?

Okay, I made them last night and just ate the whole tray! Yum!
Yes, some were a bit cumbly, but they were delish!
I did olive oil and salt (a bit too much salt actually...), but they satisfied my salty craving for sure. Try it!
If they were too crumbly, I was going to put them on a salad and forgo the salt in my dressing.
