Hi, I have not even had a cold in 6 years since I've been eating healthy, but last night I felt my body was achy. This morning I feel slightly nauseas off and on and my body still hurts, not as much, but my legs and arms and neck feel achy like a flu or something. What do you eat when feeling nauseas? Should I fast or can I have some juices or smoothies or vegetables or something? Thanks for any responses.

Well, it's up to what your stomach hand handle. Be sure to drink a good amount of water too to flush out your system.
Sure it's not detox? Well, ANY cold, flu, "bug" whatever one labels it IS detox, right? A simple sneeze is our body's way of getting rid of something.
Now hiccups, those are another story...for another time...
LOL!
Hope you feel better soon!
Just rest...

Nothing. We're the only animals in nature who fast when we're not ill and who eat when we are. Don't feel well? don't eat. It's nature's way of detoxifying.

Thanks so much. I hate resting but that's what I'm doing. I'm babysitting a 2 1/2 year old right now and she is sleeping for over 3 hours. Thank God. I've been just sitting here doing nothing. So hard for me to do. lol

You sparked my curiosity. I've had the hiccups a lot lately. In fact, the last time I visited my parents I was hiccuping in my sleep, and they were surprised I slept right through it. ;)

Uhhhh, define "too much" and I'll see if I can deal with it.
