can it fill back in at some point? I may have gone too heavy on citrus at one point.. don't know, but I have lost a good amount of enamel on a few teeth.

anyone have any improvements to speak of?

I was experiencing tooth sensitivity/pain from eating too much fruit. Once I cut back, my teeth went back to normal. They feel fine now. I'm not sure if this is the same thing that you've experienced, though. I didn't really notice that mine looked different, they just hurt.

I have acid damage on my front teeth. According to my dentist once the enamel is gone it will not come back. I have to use pronamel tooth paste twice a day in order to be able to have anything cold. Outside of them being painfully sensitive I can not visually see anything wrong with my teeth.

It will grow right back if you remineralise your teeth with greens, seaweeds, minerals and superfoods. I grew back my chipped front tooth and healed my cavities. :D

Thanks, I knew I had heard something to this effect before.. Greens/minerals are really what promotes heathly teeth from what I gather.

Ginger, do you know of any links to pictures of raw teeth regrowth and healing? It's so miraculous. I would love to see for myself.

thanks all.

Hey, I hope you guys don't mind me spamming this post, but one winter when I was younger, the bro and I were playing hockey, and somehow I was clipped in the face with his hockey stick. It chipped a large peice of the bottom off of my right front tooth. I had at least 4 temporary caps, but the bro and I managed to knock out each one (one was lost on a piano leg, another when my bro accidentally hit me in the face with some kind of blunt object when we were playing-you get the picture). Anyways, the parents finally gave up on me and got a permenant cap, which was perfectly fine with me...at least until lately. After I started eating raw, I found that the capped tooth is considerably longer than the tooth beside it, and it's to the point where it's affecting my bite. I think it's growing back, and healing itself, but what if it is? I'm not so sure that permanent caps are designed to be easy to remove...I'm going to ask my dentist, but I just thought I'd share. ;)

Now I've seen pictures where teeth are all pitted right at the gumline (just like mine are!!) and it is attributed to flouride in the water and in toothpaste!!! I did used to be a fanatic about brushing my teeth, back in the day... Let me go to Youtube and find a video about this for you! Be right back!

Okay, check this out:

It's called Dental Fluorosis. Made me quit using toothpaste w fluoride and stop using tap water. Would love it if I could figure out how to remineralize my teeth.

Again with CHL being angry at the dentist, but do NOT believe him/her when he/she tells you that your enamel cannot heal. I had been told that, until a fill-in dentist let it "slip" that they could.

Greens (spinach, yum yum) and calcium-rich foods are very good for you. Aloe Vera juice (I recommend from Univera) is amazing for the gums, too, when taken internally. Used as a mouthwash (and then swallowed) helps heal as well.
