I messed up yesterday for the first time in 5 weeks and made some whole wheat pasta due to having co workers over to do some scrapbooking and had some and whole wheat bread with garlic on it and man let me tell you how I feel today LOL...you guessed it - like I got hit by a truck - exhausted and feel like I can fall asleep as I write this - opposite of being so enegertic and having the most energy the past 5 weeks then I have had in quite some time - got up this morning - dusted myself off - had carrot/apple juice, banana and one of Alissa's raw crunch bars and will have big salad for dinner -I am refoucsed and moving forward but man LOL had to tell you how I felt ugghhh...mistak emistake LOL

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again. One day isn't gonna kill 'ya, but it'll teach 'ya! :p

Ouch! I'm sorry that you had such a painful lesson. But I can commiserate.
I wish you a speedy recovery!

The same thing happened to me when I ate some pasta a couple of months ago, I was soooo tired the next day. Every time I slip, it makes me more convinced that I am really doing the right thing by eating raw.

Allen Carrs Easyway to reverse addictions. Cooked food and tobacco are nearly the same. Drugs and no sense to do, no flavour, no enjoyment like cigs- but u need them - not after reversing the addiction. The addiction is in your mind so it doesnt help to stay one month or one year raw. If u cant reverse the association u can always "fall(jump) of the bamwagon". Haha what an espression:rolleyes:
