Not sure if this is the place to post this.

I have been eating a high raw diet and now I am doing the 30 day challenge.
Well I started running (actually jogging mixed with walking) and working out on my totaly gym. Here is where I am frustrated. I take my 3 dogs with me and we go running 4-5 times a week and I am on week 4 now. Well my dogs are so lean and buff it isn't fair  I can't believe how muscular my dogs are now! I am jealous cause i want to be lean and buff too! This just isn't fair  Well maybe someday I will get there. I just had a goal to lose at least 10lbs by my birthday in Nov...it's not looking good as I have been stuck at the same weight for 8 weeks now! I do my weigh in's on thursday so hopefully I will show a weight loss for once this week!

Ok sorry just had to vent!

Whenever I get stuck when trying to lose weight, I up my calories. Im sure there is some science behind it but it works for me. My guess is that your body sees itself as efficient right now and sees no need to change. Confuse it.

Congratulations, you are doing way better then you can give yourself credit.

This is an uncredible accomplishment to do exercise on top of raw food. All i can say is bravo and don't you worry about that weight. You will get there and what matter is your health, the weight will come off in time. It took years to get where you are, it is normal that our body has so much repair to do because those years of abuse. You are taking care of yourself and as far as your body is concern, you have achieved your goal already and it won't let you down. Allow yourself to feel gratitude for every good thing that you do for your body.

Congratulations again on your raw journey!.
