Hi everyone,

I have noticed the 80-10-10 theory about how much carb,protein and fat to get in the diet. How does one determine the percentage say of fat?

Huh? Not sure what you're asking. Perhaps going to Doug Graham's site will help you, solarliving, since he's the main proponent of that. And, I didn't think it was carb, protein, and fat. I thought it was fruit, veggies, and fat.

I bought my version and it is great!
I am actually doing the 811 plan.
Well for the last few days anyway. I hope to go for as long as possible. I am participating in the 30 day challenge. Go read my journal to get an idea of how much FAT this consists of.
Its not much at all.
At the bottom of my posts I break down my percentages - well fitday broke them down for me!
