Hi everyone. This is my first post. I just registered but have been lurking for a year or more. :)

I make (weekly) and eat flax crackers daily. My wife would like to eat them as well but the flax seeds get in her teeth and gums. She has dental issues. I've tried grinding them into a powder but then once dehydrated they are hard and tough. We've tried different thicknesses but the only way they are edible is when they dry almost paper thin. You can almost see through them at this point. There has to be a way to make these with ground flax. Any ideas?

I have the same stuck-in-teeth issue with breads/crackers I eat. I just make sure I have plenty of water to swish and gargle to loosen after eating. Is there a way to avoid all together?

Is it the "Flax"? or the Crackers.........Because if you want Flax, you can put it in a Smoothie or other dishes. And if its Crackers, you can make another kind. I just think you are a GREAT Guy to make your Wife RAW. I wish you both all the Best on your Journey.

I wish you everything you need to Stay RAW............Welcome to MY World.

I don't understand your question. I just want flax crackers made with flax powder that aren't tough and hard.

I am a great guy, thank you! ;):D
