Hi everyone. This is my first post. I just registered but have been lurking for a year or more. :)
I make (weekly) and eat flax crackers daily. My wife would like to eat them as well but the flax seeds get in her teeth and gums. She has dental issues. I've tried grinding them into a powder but then once dehydrated they are hard and tough. We've tried different thicknesses but the only way they are edible is when they dry almost paper thin. You can almost see through them at this point. There has to be a way to make these with ground flax. Any ideas?
