I haven't made this recipe very often but since I've realized this bread has 500 calories per slice I've fallen in love with it.

I didn't like that it used sliced onion as it made it hard to shape into thin slices and is also more complicated than simply chopping it with the S blade, so this time I double the batch and chopped rather than sliced the onion and it's so much easier to shape.

By the way, does anyone know if this keeps at room temperature? I find it goes sort of hard in the fridge if I remember well.

Thanks

I keep mine at room temp in a plastic container.

My GOODNESS. 500 calories per SLICE? No wonder I haven't been losing weight!

Calories don't matter for loosing weight on raw food. Are you 100% raw?

It may be the soy sauce, I think it contains naturally occuring MSG which is a major cause of obesity as it makes you hungrier and gets you addicted to the food.

Are you 100% raw? I lost weight like crazy went I went raw, weight that I didn't want to loose (it was mostly muscle) but the real reason was that I had stopped working out.
