I was thinking about using a papaya in a cracker recipe? is that too crazy? I'm asking because I'm not familiar with it at all. Does anyone know what it might do in the "D"?

I think that that would be a waste of a papaya because I love them so much. I tend to put less nice things and things that I have too much of in crackers.
Papayas are such a wonderfull enzyme rich food that I feel that they should be eaten and savoured as soon as you cut them.

I have had some like that too and I agree. They are best in a smoothie.

I would cut it into pieces and freeze...add to smoothies...makes then thick and VERY creamy~
