Question? Can I use a digital toaster oven that's lowest setting is 100 degrees for breads and things (well anything really??). I have a Nesco and wanted to make the bagels and hamburger rolls in Alissas' book.

Thanks in advance,
Vikki

IT MIGHT WORK,

You need two things to dehydrate,

Heat
and
Air,

so you might need to turn it, or use a baby fan, or leave the door open and use a fan, I'm not sure, if you just heat it to 100 degrees, it doesn't necessarily remoe the moisture, it might kind of like "steam" it.

But, hey, give it a try and let us know if it works.
