Shoulder Update

I can't find other post I posted this morning so briefly: shoulder aching last night, had acupuncture treatments for parasites/bacteria/virus doing NAET kind, and it may have stirred up the soup as they say to create this release.

So chiro said Deltoid pulled or strained, did treatments and now on the mend. Thanks all.

Thanks so much. Going to try a Turbo class in the AM if I wake up early enough as having challenge getting tired to sleep. Cleaning out clothing closets to see what to list on ebay as many things don't fit me at this point which means going down in size is a good thing. Size 8 presently.
