I think what i am eating in one day could be a good instance for a man of 160 lbs which wants to keep or build strong muscles and a healthy shining body! I think David Wolfe would be allright with it. Any suggestions and information is welcome. You can also post what you re eating in one day(male or female, weight, how much muscles and say what your special plans are)
My special plans are: Reversing mineral and chlorothyel(i know its spelled wrong xD) defiencies
Building as huge and strong muscles as possible
Feeling great all the time!
One example day of my diet:
1,5 Liter spring water
circa:
50g Cacao beans
200g bananas
50g dates Mixed in a delicious smoothie!
1,5 Liter spring water
100g Mango
50g Bananas
50g coconut flesh
50g dried goji berries
100g apple Mixed in a delicious smoothie
1,5 Liter spring water
250g spinach
250g field salad
250g romana(darkgreen) salad
200g brokkoli
100g red scallions
75g:D olive oil
200g avocado
200g tomatos
2g sea salt
0,5 Liter spring water
100g Mango
50g Bananas
50g coconut flesh
50g dried goji berries
100g apple Mixed in a delicious smoothie
= 5 Liters water(18th day, i think i am so thirsty because of the detoxing) +
2;5 Kg food(+water) :
circa
-1 Kg fruit
-1 Kg green leafy veggies inclusive some greens veggies
- 375g fatty fruits inclusive 75 olive oil + 50g nuts
I feel strong and relaxed:D
Circa 75% of the food is organic and its at least 15 dollars a day :o But i can afford it and i want to afford it. I am going to reduce the costs within the next months. I have a bigger budget now and you know - spending money is the most fun when you not think about - just spend it:D
