I just made Alissa's spinach dip (spinach, avacado, lemon juice, salt). It's good, but it's not knocking my pants off.
I was thinking about adding some nuts, either cashew or pine nuts.
Does anyone think this will taste good, or will that be too many flavors?
Thank you. I am new at this :)

Usually just adding different spices can help improve a dip.

Here's some ideas with these spinach dip recipes:

Spinach Dip
Spinach
Walnuts
Cilantro
Basil
Cumin
Olive Oil
Bit of Water
Chill a few hrs

Creamed Spinach
4-5 cups Spinach
1 med Tomato
½-1 Avocado
½ med Onion
1/8 cup fresh Dill
½ Lime, juice
Cayenne powder
½ Garlic clove
Salt

Creamy Spinach Sauce
4 cups Spinach
½ cup Cashews
Sm Garlic clove
1 tbs Lemon juice
1 tbs Olive oil
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Nutmeg
¼ tsp Thyme
¼ cup Water

It wouldn't hurt to try. If it turns out too NASTY........just add it to a Green Smoothie. I find most of my Recipes just lying in the Fridge. Door open and as I'm looking......Oh let me get rid of this, oh and that, oh lets try this. Needless to say I have eaten and drunk some HORRIBLE stuff. But once it passed the Mouth, the stomache doesn't know how HORRIBLE it tasted, it just says "I'M FULL".
