Like some of you on this board, my weight is not coming off with just eating raw. I need to cut some of the flax and nuts (I can have some, but not the amount I was eating.)
Does anyone have any cracker/dehydrator recipes for crackers with very little to no flax seed or nuts?
Thank you!,
Dawn

You can use cucumber slices in place of crackers a spread/salsa.
Buckwheat is often used in place of nuts.

I use zucchini. You can leave em plain or add herbs or seasonings to make them any flavor you want. I think they're the perfect chip!

Ncadotte, do you mean raw zucchini or dehydrated?
I like using parsnip, carrot, and turnips, nondehydrated as a chip for dip.

Thanks. I really love cucumbers, don't care a whole lot for zuccini, but I am really working on learning to like foods I used to not like. It isn't working really well so far, but I am still hopeful! For me, those foods are mostly things like zuccini, raw squashes, eggplant, and raw mushrooms.

I've been using Daikon radish as a "cracker" -- adds a nice flavor to the "tuna", pate or guac.

I make crackers using rye berries. Very low calorie and they come out crispy.
Just sprout and blend in food proc. with water and pulse in onions and salt oar fresh herbs etc. Then dehydrate and enjoy!
